SCEAD stands for [Space for Children in Education Art and Development} The Initial brain child two like minded individual, today we run a HIV orphanage(HOME For HIV) AND Girl CHILD orphanage since past 20 + years we have been actively working with government authorities and child help line (Police Department)in rescuer operation and activities for upliftment of street children & women empowerment
SCEAD foundation has been Allocation of underprivileged children, women and disabled people since 1998, founded by Siju Thomas Daniel. The foundation strives to spread knowledge and education in rural India, empower the visually impaired, disabled and underprivileged people and create an inclusive society which provides equal opportunities to them.
SCEAD Foundation India is committed to improving the
lives of vulnerable, tribal, and rural communities across India. Our work
focuses on creating opportunities for dignity, self-reliance, education,
health, livelihoods, environmental protection, peace, and sustainable community
development.
We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to
live with dignity and hope. Our approach is based on understanding the needs of
communities and working with local people to develop practical, sustainable
solutions.
Tribal & Rural Development
A major focus of SCEAD Foundation India is tribal and
rural development. We work with tribal families, farmers, women, children,
youth, and elderly people to improve living conditions and strengthen
communities. Our programmes support basic needs, community development,
education, health awareness, livelihoods, and social inclusion while respecting
local traditions and community knowledge.
Skills & Livelihoods
Through Skill and Livelihood Schemes, we help people
develop practical skills and create sustainable income opportunities. Our
programmes include vocational skills, entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment,
youth development, and livelihood support. We believe that long-term change
comes when individuals and families have the skills, resources, and confidence
to become self-reliant.
Livestock & Farmers
We support livestock development for tribal communities
and farmers through livestock assistance, veterinary support, vaccination,
animal health awareness, training, and responsible livestock management. These
initiatives help strengthen rural livelihoods, household income, food security,
and community resilience.
Water, Sanitation & Basic Facilities
SCEAD Foundation India works to improve access to toilets,
sanitation, drainage systems, and safe drinking water in tribal and rural
communities. We give particular attention to the needs of women, girls,
children, elderly people, and persons with disabilities. We believe that clean
water, proper sanitation, and a safe living environment are essential for a
healthy and dignified life.
Disaster & Emergency Response
When communities are affected by floods, landslides,
accidents, natural disasters, and other emergencies, SCEAD Foundation India
responds with humanitarian assistance and community support wherever possible.
Our aim is to help affected families meet immediate needs while supporting
recovery, resilience, and rehabilitation.
Children & Girl Child Protection
Children are at the heart of our work. We are committed to protecting
the girl child and supporting vulnerable children through education, health
awareness, safety, dignity, and equal opportunities. We also support children
affected by HIV/AIDS, working to ensure that they are treated with
compassion, dignity, equality, and without discrimination.
Environment & Plantation
Environmental protection is an important part of our work.
Through plantation drives across India, tree planting, environmental
awareness, and community participation, we encourage people to protect nature,
increase green cover, restore the environment, and create a healthier future
for coming generations.
Peace & International Understanding
SCEAD Foundation India also promotes peace, dialogue,
friendship, and international understanding. We organize peace initiatives
and seek to engage diplomats, ambassadors, representatives of foreign
consulates, international organizations, educational institutions, and civil
society in peace dialogues, cultural exchanges, educational programmes, and
community activities.
Through regular and monthly peace engagements, we encourage
young people and communities to learn from different cultures, build mutual
respect, and promote friendship and peaceful cooperation among people and
nations.

Our work is guided by ethical governance, transparency,
accountability, equality, integrity, and responsible service. We believe
that development should be inclusive, participatory, and sustainable. We work
with communities, government institutions, educational institutions, diplomatic
